Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-07-06
What are you agreeing to?
By creating an Engager account or using the service (the dashboard at app.getengager.com, the MCP integration, the local agent runner, or this website), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What is Engager?
Engager is an AI-assisted LinkedIn engagement service. It discovers posts relevant to your campaigns, drafts comments and replies in your voice, and — with your configuration — publishes them from your own LinkedIn account at a human pace, within the limits you set.
Who can use Engager?
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may only connect a LinkedIn account that is yours or that you are explicitly authorized to operate. You are responsible for keeping your Engager credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
The LinkedIn reality — read this section
Engager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn. The service operates your LinkedIn account through a third-party connectivity provider, not through an official LinkedIn API for this purpose. Automating actions on your account may conflict with LinkedIn’s User Agreement, and LinkedIn may limit the reach of your content, restrict your account, or suspend it.
You accept this risk. Engager ships with safety measures — daily and hourly caps, human-paced scheduling, approval modes, and a kill switch — that are designed to keep activity modest and human-like, but they do not eliminate the risk. You decide whether and how to use automation on your account, and you are responsible for the consequences to that account. We recommend starting with manual approval and conservative limits.
Your content and your responsibility
Everything published from your LinkedIn account through Engager is your content — including text drafted by AI. Drafts can be inaccurate, overconfident, or off-tone; reviewing them is your responsibility, especially if you enable automatic publishing. You retain ownership of the knowledge, writing samples, and other material you provide, and you grant us the license needed to operate the service with it.
What can’t you do with Engager?
- Publish spam, harassment, deception, or illegal content, or use the service to impersonate someone else.
- Connect or operate a LinkedIn account without its owner’s authorization.
- Attempt to circumvent the service’s rate limits and safety mechanisms.
- Resell or sublicense the service.
- Reverse-engineer the service or abuse its APIs.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
How do subscriptions work?
Engager Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe, with a free trial for new accounts. Plans include a monthly allowance of credits for server-side AI work; drafting through your own AI assistant via the MCP integration is not metered against credits. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Engager is early software: features, limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
What guarantees does Engager offer?
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — including any warranty about engagement results, follower growth, or the continued standing of your LinkedIn account. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including any limitation, restriction, or suspension of your LinkedIn account — and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for abuse of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
How do these terms change?
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
What law governs?
These terms are governed by the law of the founder’s country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law of your own jurisdiction.
